Our Story

Excel Housing Solutions was established in 2013 and is a family run business based in Liverpool. The organisation has a localised agenda, ensuring that where services are delivered, staff and contractors are recruited locally to encourage growth and business in the sector for each local authority area.

Starting the delivery of supported accommodation in Sefton, Liverpool, the organisation has grown year on year and now provides a range of delivery services across the North West.

Mission and Values

Excel Housing Solutions believes everyone has strengths and positive values within them, and our staff team are committed to encourage clients to believe in themselves and see and achieve their true potential.

We strive to provide the best support delivery service we can by providing support via our bespoke support system, which is psychologically tailored to each clients’ needs, and consistently reviewing our approaches to enable each client reaches their desired goals.

Our accommodation stock is commissioned and designed using key principles within the Psychologically Informed Environment Framework. Where older property stock doesn’t meet this criteria, refurbishments take place or a replacement property is sought. We aim to have all of our property stock meeting PIE standards by 2022.

Excel Housing Solutions in an inclusive organisation that operates a “Fair Access, Fair Exit” policy, seeking solutions to barriers and issues, using a Trauma Informed Model for access, and a Restorative Justice model to ensure fair exit.
