Excel Housing Solutions currently offers accommodation solutions to local housing authorities, to support them to reduce the number of people that present to them as roofless. We offer shared on-suite accommodation options across the North and South of Sefton.

As an established support provider, our team can assess and manage any support needs and risk issues effectively. The Excel Housing Solutions team work proactively with Local Authority Homeless Teams to ensure that clients adhere to their Personal Housing Plans and obtain long term accommodation solutions.

The service provides value for money and enables the authority to move away from traditional Bed and Breakfast / Hotel type accommodation solutions.

People placed within these services are provided with low level support, and the team actively engages with the Housing Option Teams to ensure move on from the service is timely and successful.
