Housing Officer FT
Excel Housing Solutions are looking for a Housing Officer to join our growing team. The successful applicant will assist the Service Users in the day-to-day management of their tenancies, focusing on conducting the intensive housing management element of the role, complimenting the service team to ensure properties are safe, secure, and well maintained.
Hours: 35 hours per week your working pattern may vary as per the rota. Days could vary between Sunday – Saturday which could include working bank holidays if necessary, over 5 days per week between the hours 9 a.m. and 7 pm.

You do not need to have previous experience in this role, as full training will be given, however applicants with previous experience in a housing role will be prioritised. It is essential that all applicants are able to communicate with clients in a focused and solution-based way. We encourage applications from those with lived experience and minority groups. Driving is essential with access to own vehicle.
