Excel Housing Solutions are looking for a full time Waking Night Concierge Worker to join our growing team. The successful applicant will assist in the delivery of high-quality accommodation to females that present with complex needs and fleeing Domestic Abuse, or have experienced Domestic Abuse, by maintaining the safety and security of the building and its occupants.
The ideal candidate will be organised, flexible and must be able to handle all situations that arise due to the nature of our clients including potential unauthorized visitors to the service. We are looking for individuals who are innovative, assertive, empathetic with a positive attitude.
You do not need to have previous experience in this role, as full training will be given, although being able to communicate with clients in a focused and solution-based way is important. We encourage applications from those with lived experience and minority groups.
The successful applicant will work in partnership with statutory agencies to reduce the risks attached to the women in our care, to help improve their quality of lives and to help secure their independence.
All offers of employment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, two satisfactory references (one of whom must be from your most and recent employer) and applicants must have the right to work in the UK. People with criminal convictions will still be considered subject to a satisfactory risk assessment.
