Lancashire

Our Complex Needs Accommodation Services, funded by Lancashire County Council (LCC), provide more than just housing — they offer a foundation for stability, recovery and meaningful progress for individuals across South Ribble and Preston facing multiple and complex challenges.

In South Ribble, we deliver 8 units of accommodation across two sites in Leyland and Penwortham, creating safe, supportive environments within the community.

Referrals to this service must be via South Ribble Borough Council Housing Teams.

Our Preston service, Grimshaw St, comprises 10 self-contained flats within one building, enabling individuals to develop independence while remaining connected to tailored support.

We work alongside each person to build stability, strengthen resilience and support sustained progress — helping them develop the skills, confidence and wellbeing needed to maintain their tenancy, achieve their goals, and move forward towards a more independent and positive future.

Referrals to this service must come via Preston City Council Housing Team.

Kenmure Lodge is a specialist supported accommodation service for women in Preston presenting with complex needs. The service provides 14 en-suite rooms within a safe, structured and supportive environment, designed to promote stability, safety and recovery.

We work alongside each resident to address a range of needs, including homelessness, mental health, physical health, substance use and vulnerability, offering tailored, person-centred support to help individuals build confidence and make positive progress.

Referrals into Kenmure Lodge are made via Preston City Councils RSI (Rough Sleeper Initiative) Team, ensuring the service reaches those most in need of accommodation and intensive support.
