Excel Housing Solutions are looking for a part-time Resettlement Worker to join our growing housing team. The successful applicant will work specifically with the housing team to assist the Service Users in ensuring that they are able to access independent living when ready to move on.

It is preferential that you have experience of Property Pool Plus and some understanding of tenancy agreements however full training will be given in accordance with our procedures and experience. Further CPD opportunities may be available to the right candidate.

It is essential that all applicants are able to communicate with clients in a focused and solution-based way.

Driving Licence preferred, as you may be travelling between Liverpool, Sefton and Wirral
