About the Role 

Excel Housing Solutions are looking for an Offenders Service Manager. We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and forwardthinking professional who can lead by example and ensure our clients receive highquality, personcentred support in line with our organisational ethos and values. 

As Service Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of safe, effective and compliant support services. You will guide and develop staff, maintain high standards of practice, and ensure that individuals within the criminal justice pathway are supported to achieve positive outcomes and move towards independence. 

It is anticipated that you will undertake on-call manager responsibilities as part of a rotational schedule. 

We particularly welcome applications from individuals with lived experience or from underrepresented backgrounds.
