About the Role

Excel Housing Solutions are looking for a Recovery Support Worker to join our team. We are looking for motivated and dynamic forward-thinking applicants who will support our clients in line with our ethos.

The ideal candidate will be organised, flexible and must be able to handle all situations that arise due to the nature of our clients. You do not need to have previous experience in this role, as full training will be given, although being able to communicate with clients in a focused, and solution-based way is important.

The successful applicant will work in partnership with statutory agencies to reduce the risk of homelessness, health issues, offending, and to reduce the risk of harm to the community

Hours:                 20 Hours per week- Split over 4 days

Please note: Your working pattern may vary as per the rota. You will be required to work across Monday-Sunday between 9am-9.30pm. Shifts may include working during bank holidays.
